LOUNGE Open plan with 2 free standing sofas, usb sockets, French doors on to the veranda, 32” flat screen smart TV, coffee table and electric fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, breakfast bar, gas oven and grill.
The dining area includes free standing table, fixed corner seating and chairs.

BEDROOMS The master bedroom includes a king size bed, vanity area, usb sockets, smart Tv, en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.
The lodge has one double room, with two single beds and the third bedroom has 3 single beds in a bunkbed arrangement.
Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen can be hired at additional cost. PV34 can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET Family shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower room, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING PV34 has full central heating throughout.

VERANDA Wrap around veranda with patio furniture and sea views.

PARKING Private driveway next to the accommodation.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Approx. 5 to 6-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.

CHECK IN INFORMATION Peak View is a gated area, a fob to operate the barrier is located inside the accommodation. On your arrival stop at Portland View's barrier, make your way to the caravan, on entering the caravan you will find a fob hung up. The fob only needs to be used on entrance as the barrier is automatic on departure.
