LOUNGE Open plan design. The lounge benefits from a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa, TV, Freeview, fixed units and electric fire. Occasional pull-out bed is fitted for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen benefits from a gas hob and oven, stainless steel sink, microwave, and full-size fridge-freezer. The dining area comprises of a free-standing dining table with 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms.
The master bedroom consists of a good size double with wardrobe, vanity area, room for travel cot and radiator. There is also an en-suite toilet and washbasin.
The twin rooms comprise of two single beds, a single wardrobe, overhead storage and radiator.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
BATHROOM & TOILET Family shower room consists of a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. There is also an additional toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom en-suite.
HEATING Double-glazed and central heating.
VERANDA Side veranda with patio furniture and a separate patio area with picnic bench.
PARKING Allocated parking next to property.
